• Assist in providing a quality experience for all members and guests by providing exceptional services.
• Provide a clean, sterile, and safe environment throughout all areas of the club. 
• Must be able to use or verbally explain proper equipment usage and technique to novice users. 
• Must possess the necessary social skills to interact affectively with members and guests. 
• Possesses the motivation and ability to conduct duties in an independent role and the necessary social skills to interact affectively as a member of a team.   
• Detail oriented personality who thrives solving problems in a high tempo environment.
• Janitorial type duties and willingness to get your hands dirty. 
• CPR certification or higher required within 90 days after employment.
• Basic mechanical maintenance skills desired.
• Experience in the service and/or multi-use athletic facility industry is desired. 

• Use of hands, arms, legs, vision, voice, and carrying heavy weights/items in the facility. 
• Be able to demonstrate basic exercise skills.
• Must perform bending, twisting, pulling, reaching, stretching, and straining activities.

• Schedule will be discussed upon hiring.
• MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR WEEKEND SHIFTS  

• Club Concierge position includes membership at our facilities (after 6 month employment, concierge may qualify for a couples/family membership).
