Senior Product Manager

Abbott's Lingo division seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the insights and behavior change experience for its consumer continuous glucose monitoring platform. This role combines product strategy, user research, and cross-functional collaboration to transform glucose data into actionable insights and drive user engagement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and translate feedback into product decisions and strategy
- Develop and prioritize roadmap of features aligned with product vision and business impact
- Lead end-to-end product development from discovery through launch and performance analysis
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, clinical, and marketing teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
- 5+ years product management experience at consumer tech companies
- Proven ability to take products from concept to market adoption
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive problem-solving approach
- Ability to blend quantitative and qualitative insights for decision-making
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or enterprise benefits (preferred)
Compensation: $114,000–$228,000 base
