We are looking for a driven, experienced outside salesperson to join our tight-knit team. If you thrive on building lasting relationships, know your way around a blueprints/take-off sheet, and want a stable career with a reputable local business, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities
As a core member of our sales team, you will act as a trusted advisor to contractors and retail customers.
•        Partner with Pros: Meet with contractors and homeowners to take sales orders, answer project questions, and proactively grow our contractor customer base.
•        Bring Plans to Life: Review drawings, perform take-offs, and calculate accurate estimates for full house packages, decks, garages, windows, and doors.
•        Manage the Process: Generate precise quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders seamlessly using our POS system.
•        Be the Expert: Stay up to date on our full range of building materials—especially window and door products—to identify the best solutions for our customers.
•        Collaborate: Work closely with the rest of the sales and yard team to ensure orders are accurate and customer service issues are resolved promptly.

What We’re Looking For
•        Industry Experience: Previous experience in building materials sales is preferred. You should feel comfortable talking with seasoned builders.
•        Product Knowledge: Strong familiarity with window and door product lines is highly preferred.
•        Technical Savvy: Ability to read blueprints, perform take-offs, and generate accurate material estimates.
•        Customer-First Mindset: Outstanding communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent service.
•        Ownership: An ambitious self-starter who can make sound decisions with minimal oversight and loves seeing a project through to completion.
•        Growth: Develop and apply product knowledge to effectively represent our full range of building materials

This is a base pay + commission position.
