About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to spearhead its technology vision, engineering organization, AI strategy, and product architecture. The successful candidate will be a strategic and hands-on technology executive with a strong background in scaling high-performing engineering teams and delivering innovative, AI-enabled software solutions. Key responsibilities for the CTO include leading the technology and engineering teams, defining and executing the technology strategy, and modernizing legacy platforms. The role demands a leader with a deep understanding of modern AI technologies and a proven track record in maximizing AI to drive product innovation and customer value. Applicants for the CTO position at the company should have a minimum of 20 years of technology leadership experience, particularly within enterprise software, SaaS, MarTech, or related platforms. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in developing enterprise SaaS applications, extensive experience in evaluating enterprise architectures, and a deep knowledge of modern AI technologies. The ideal CTO will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline, with a Master's degree being preferred, and must possess excellent executive leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience in the specific areas of MarTech and channel marketing solutions is highly desirable. The CTO will be expected to lead a large, diverse team and must therefore have a proven ability to manage and mentor professionals across various technology domains.
