Monday.Com Consultant

Adecco Creative and Marketing is seeking an experienced Monday.com Consultant to assess, optimize, and standardize project management practices across departments using the Monday.com platform. This role serves as a strategic partner to business leaders and teams, evaluating current workflows, identifying process improvement opportunities, and implementing scalable solutions that enhance project visibility, governance, resource management, and reporting capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of Monday.com administration expertise, workflow optimization experience, and project management knowledge. They will work closely with stakeholders to develop standardized processes while accommodating the unique operational needs of individual teams. Key Responsibilities Evaluate existing departmental workflows, project management processes, and Monday.com configurations to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Design, configure, and optimize Monday.com boards, dashboards, workspaces, automations, templates, forms, and integrations. Develop and implement scalable project management frameworks, governance standards, and best practices across teams. Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into platform solutions, and drive adoption of standardized processes. Create executive and operational dashboards that provide meaningful visibility into project status, capacity, risks, and performance metrics. Establish data structures, reporting frameworks, and resource management processes to support organizational objectives. Configure automations and integrations to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve data accuracy. Develop documentation, process maps, training materials, and user guides to support ongoing platform adoption. Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching for end users and administrators. Provide change management support to ensure successful implementation and sustainable utilization of Monday.com solutions. Troubleshoot platform issues and recommend enhancements to maximize system effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, IT, PMO, and business leaders, to align platform capabilities with organizational goals. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience working with Monday.com administration, configuration, or consulting. Proven experience designing and optimizing workflows within project management platforms. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance, and process improvement principles. Experience configuring boards, dashboards, automations, templates, and integrations within Monday.com. Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into practical technology solutions. Experience developing standardized documentation, training materials, and operational procedures. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Monday.com certification(s). Experience supporting PMO, Operations, Business Transformation, or Project Management teams. Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies. Experience integrating Monday.com with platforms such as Microsoft 365, Jira, Salesforce, Slack, Teams, or other business applications. Background in process improvement, business analysis, or organizational change management. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, Operations, or a related field.
