Why join us? 900 billables Full medical benefits PTO Job Details Litigation Paralegal | Trust & Estates Litigation We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join a growing trust and estates litigation team supporting 2-3 attorneys. This is a great opportunity for a litigation paralegal who is looking to deepen their experience in a specialized and intellectually engaging practice area. What You'll Do Provide litigation support to a team of 2-3 attorneys across all stages of case management Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and discovery materials Manage case files, deadlines, and calendaring Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts Assist with trial preparation including exhibits, binders, and witness coordination Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review What We're Looking For 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication Prior trust and estates litigation experience is a plus but absolutely not required – we welcome candidates with solid litigation foundations who have an interest in growing within this practice area Paralegal certificate or related degree preferred Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
