Proposal Coordinator

Summit Design and Engineering Services, Inc. is searching for a skilled Proposal Coordinator to join our Marketing team! This role is a hybrid position and is based out of our Raleigh, NC office.The Proposal Coordinator/Proposal & Graphics Coordinator will contribute to the planning and implementation of marketing and communications initiatives.We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator and Proposal & Graphics Coordinator to support business development and marketing efforts within our Architecture/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) firm. This role combines marketing coordination, proposal development, and strong graphic design capabilities to create compelling visual and written content that supports brand growth and project pursuits.Responsibilities:Marketing & Business Development SupportAssist with the preparation of proposals, qualifications (RFQs/RFPs), and interview presentationsCoordinate with technical staff to gather content for marketing materialsMaintain and update marketing databases, project sheets, and resumesSupport pursuit strategies and deadline-driven submissionsGraphic Design & Visual CommunicationDesign and produce marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, infographics, and digital contentEnsure brand consistency across all materialsCreate visual layouts for proposals and presentations to enhance readability and impactDevelop graphics for social media, website updates, and email campaignsContent DevelopmentWrite, edit, and proofread marketing contentDevelop project descriptions, case studies, and award submissionsAssist with website and social media content updatesBrand & CommunicationsSupport internal and external communications initiativesHelp maintain brand standards and templatesCoordinate marketing campaigns and events (conferences, trade shows, etc.)Qualifications:0- 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the A/E/C industryBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.Experience with proposal development (highly preferred)Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft OfficeGraphic design skillsCreative thinking ability with strong visual communication skillsColloborative personality that is capable of working with technical teamsProactive and adaptable #J-18808-Ljbffr
