Trifecta Services Company is seeking an experienced Estimator/Project Manager to join our growing team as a leader in the demolition and environmental space. Trifecta Services Company is one of the largest demolition companies in North America and we are looking to expand our Virginia operations.

As the Estimator/Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing projects from initiation to completion.

The Estimator/Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Attending bid walks and pre-bid meetings to gather critical project insights.
• Analyzing bid documents, drawings, and specifications to develop competitive estimates and proposals.
• Ensuring timely and accurate submission of estimates, proposals, and RFP responses.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships; handling communication, progress updates, and contract negotiations.
• Identifying and cultivate strategic partnerships and last-look opportunities to drive business growth.
• Overseeing and maintaining knowledge of all active project schedules and progress.
• Verifying all projects adhere to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Preparing and managing submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Collaborating with internal teams to align on project goals, requirements, and resources.
• Utilizing industry-specific software and tools for project management, tracking, and reporting.
