Recruitment Specialist Opportunity at Boston University

This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work remotely two days a week while enjoying the vibrant culture and opportunities that Boston has to offer.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to extending offers.
• Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to ensure efficient hiring processes.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience through clear communication and transparency.
• Update and maintain requisition and candidate progress within the ATS for accurate records.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to manage pre-employment requirements for new hires.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience in recruiting and/or sourcing.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training, education, and relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and SAP.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Preferences

• Experience in high volume recruitment.
• Project management and process deployment expertise.
• Ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships.
• Knowledge of HR processes and HR legal compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a collaborative team.
