At MGM Resorts, we seek individuals like YOU to create unique and show-stopping experiences for our guests.**THE JOB:**The Guest Services Representative is responsible for providing professional, polished, and anticipatory guest service in all public and premium areas of MGM Resorts Arena and Event spaces. This position reports directly to the Guest Services Supervisor. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Las Vegas Arena Management policies, practices, and procedures.
