We’re Hiring: Property Manager | Immokalee, Florida The Immokalee Fair Housing Alliance (IFHA) is looking for an experienced, mission-driven Property Manager to join our team and help oversee our growing affordable housing community in Immokalee. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to combine strong property management experience with work that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of families. We’re looking for someone with: 3+ years of property management or residential housing experience Affordable housing compliance experience, including eligibility, income certification, and resident files SHIP Program experience strongly preferred Knowledge of Fair Housing requirements Strong financial, organizational, and resident relations skills Fluency in English and Spanish required A commitment to providing professional, responsive service to our residents Benefits include: Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with match Medical allowance Option to rent an apartment within our community At IFHA, we are doing more than building affordable housing.
