Contract (17 Weeks) | Days | Sunday, Monday, Saturday | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor and document resident health status, progress, and changes in condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain valid state nursing license (RN or LPN) and adhere to all applicable scope-of-practice standards
• Comply with all facility policies, including identification and badge requirements at all times while on-site

Required Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico (or compact equivalent where applicable)
• Must present a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon entry to the facility
• Must wear a photo badge at all times while on assignment
• Must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series, or be able to present a documented religious and/or medical exemption from your employer; additional doses required where mandated by law

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation systems
• Strong communication and patient advocacy skills in a team-based care setting
