We deliver a wide range of medical examination-only services to public sectors and the individuals they serve. Our clients include the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), the Department of Labor, the Department of Defense, and more. Our provider network consists of over 700 providers in various medical specialties and degree types. They conduct diagnostic-only examination services on an as-needed basis. These services may take place in their private office, established clinics located across the country, or during travel opportunities for group screening events.Job Description:Seeking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Provider Network to perform medical disability exams to Veterans and Separating Military Members.QualificationsUnrestricted State license to practicePreviously perform Compensation and Pension exams for our country's veterans, a plus, but not requiredComfortable Performing Gen Med ExaminationsAble to Interpret PFTsAble to Interpret ECGsCompetent with Pelvic ExaminationsCompetent in performing Musculoskeletal Assessments with all range of motionsCompetent in performing limited Neurologic assessmentsCompetent in performing Cardiopulmonary examinationsHow It Works:Monterey works with the Department of Veteran Affairs to contract with physicians to perform Compensation and Pension exams for our country’s veterans who live in the area.
