Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments to identify mental health disorders, ensuring accurate diagnosis that guides treatment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs through evidence-based practices, fostering a personalized approach to care.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications while closely monitoring their effectiveness and adjusting dosages as necessary to optimize patient outcomes.
• Conduct therapy sessions utilizing various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), to enhance coping strategies and emotional regulation.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care, ensuring a holistic approach that addresses both psychological and physical health.
• Educate patients and families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower them in their recovery process.
• Document and monitor patient progress meticulously, including medication response and changes in symptoms, to inform treatment adjustments and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
