Accident Defense Litigation Associate # Accident Defense Litigation AssociateCH - Chicago, IL 60603## OverviewSalary Range$170,000.00 - $220,000.00 Salary## DescriptionScopelitis, Garvin, Light, Hanson & Feary, a national law firm with offices located in major cities throughout the United States, is looking for an attorney with 1-4 years of experience in civil litigation for an associate position in the Firm’s Highway Accident, Wrongful Death and Personal Injury Defense Litigation practice in its Chicago, Illinois office. The attorney may be actively involved in all phases of written discovery, research and case analysis, depositions, handling court appearances, and briefing and motion practice in state and federal court.**Skills and Requirements*** Admittance to the Illinois bar.* 1-4 years of experience in civil litigation is required.* Previous experience in the transportation industry and/or defending personal injury, property damage or subrogation claims is preferred.**Firm Benefits**The Firm offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical/HSA, dental, vision, life, disability, family care leave, 401k/profit sharing retirement package and pet insurance.
