Experienced React Developer OpportunityGlobal Financial Firm located in Irving, TX has an immediate contract opportunity for an experienced React Developer. Work Mode: Hybrid. Pay Rate Range: $67.00 - $71.00 Negotiable based upon years of experience.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade React applications.Build reusable, modular, and performant UI components, services, and modules.Collaborate with Product and UX teams to translate Figma designs into high-quality, accessible user interfaces.Utilize AI-assisted tools (e.g., design-to-code, UX generation, prototyping accelerators) to improve UI iteration speed and consistency.Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs.Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.Apply best practices for state management, security, accessibility, and error handling.Participate in code reviews, design critiques, and Agile ceremonies.Adhere to company's secure coding standards, regulatory, and compliance requirements.Support releases and troubleshoot front-end issues in production environments.Requirements:Minimum 4 years of front-end or web development experience.Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern build tools (e.g., Vite).Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.Experience working with Figma or similar design tools.Solid understanding of:Component-based architectureREST API integrationClient-side performance optimizationExperience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development methodologies.Preferred Skills:Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.Exposure to:AI-driven UX and front-end productivity toolsDesign-to-code workflowsUI consistency and design system automationKnowledge of:State management libraries (e.g., Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Context API)UI frameworks (e.g., Material-UI (MUI), Ant Design)Micro-frontend architectureUnderstanding of web security principles (XSS, CSRF, authentication flows)Collaboration experience with globally distributed engineering and design teams.Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
