Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 12 weeks Shift: Monday to Friday Hours per Shift: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM + On-call Experience: Minimum 5 years of hospital experience required License: Must have valid nursing license Certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA) Must-Have: Robotics experience required, specifically with Mako and DaVinci systems Description: Seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse with a strong background in various surgical specialties. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of hospital experience. The role requires circulating in all surgical specialties, including Cardiovascular, Neuro, Ortho, and General surgeries. Experience with cardiovascular cases is essential, including the ability to circulate CABGs. Craniotomy experience is crucial due to the frequency of these cases. Candidates must be proficient in orthopedic trauma and other related surgeries. Experience with DaVinci robotic surgeries is required, specifically for laparoscopic procedures. Additional surgical specialties include eyes and endoscopic procedures. On-call duties will be required, including one evening per week and two weekends per month. Strong attendance is important, as call-outs are discouraged. Opportunity to precept as needed by the unit. This position is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and dedicated nursing professional.
