The Canyons Post-Acute in Colton, CA is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide and direct all aspects of quality patient care, including evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation, in accordance with guidelines and standards. You will advocate for patients, participate in quality assurance, educate staff and families, and maintain licensing and credentialing while supporting interdisciplinary collaboration.
