About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Talent & Organizational Development to play a pivotal role in driving the enterprise's talent and leadership strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and operationalizing a comprehensive talent architecture model, setting and tracking KPIs, and acting as a key partner in organizational structure and role design decisions. This is a hands-on, build-and-run mandate, with a focus on talent architecture rather than traditional recruiting or training. The role requires a leader who can set the enterprise talent and leadership agenda, partner with senior executives, and lead change management and cultural alignment initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent management, leadership development, and organizational design, with a proven track record of advising and coaching senior executives. Applicants for the VP, Talent & Organizational Development role at the company should have 12-15+ years' of experience in talent management, leadership development, succession planning, or organizational development, with a clear focus on enterprise-wide programs. The role demands a candidate with a hands-on approach, capable of designing and running talent and leadership programs from the ground up. Direct experience in organizational design, development, succession planning, and executive coaching is essential. The candidate must be adept at setting and tracking KPIs, have strong analytical skills, and be able to use data to drive talent investment decisions. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with an advanced degree and relevant certifications preferred.
