Program Coordinator

We are urgently hiring for a Program Coordinator position to provide oversight and leadership to our Vocational Support Programs. This includes ensure program hours are met, supervision of direct support professionals, ensuring case management is completed for individuals in the programs, communicating issues and concerns with upper management, reviewing referrals, completing intakes, and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with company programs, practices, and policies specific to program and client management
Understand and submit all paperwork as required by deadline including transportation paperwork, attendance, job coach notes, objective sheets, incident/accident reports, time studies and case management documentation
Support/Assist Personnel Coordinator with personnel issues; Interview applicants for direct service staff openings; Annual evaluations for direct service staff
Oversee Individual’s case management is complete and accurate; Assist with referrals, screenings, intakes and exits
Communicate effectively with other Service Providers and Funding Agency Personnel
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license (driving is required for this position, but we provide a company vehicle)
- Ability to pass a LiveScan background check
- Reliable transportation
- Patience, compassion, and ability to be a role model for adults with disabilities
- Must be reliable, dependable, and willing to be flexible with schedule as needed
Compensation
Anticipated hiring range is $27 per hour. This is a full-time position.
