Hematologist/Oncologist Opportunity
Large Texas-based nonprofit health system is seeking a Hematologist/Oncologist to join a thriving practice in the Las Cruces area (Alamogordo, NM). Over 800 physicians and advance practice providers representing 41 specialties in 82 clinic locations throughout Northeast Texas. A physician-led group with its own board of directors.
Big Texas Health System pays a great overall compensation package. The extensive package contains:
- Hematologist/Oncologist $560,000 - $575,000 / year
- Sign-On Bonus: $30K$50K
- Guaranteed Salary + wRVU Productivity Bonus

Job/Practice Description: Hematologist/Oncologist Full Time: M-Th 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-12pm. After hours call shared with CNS. 70% oncology / 30% hematology. 100% outpatient with an inpatient consult about 1 every 6 months. On average 14-16 patients / day - adults 18+. Oncologist sees 3 new patients per day (1 hour appointments) and the rest are follow ups. Professional Background: Hematologist/Oncologist MD / DO BC/BE Hematology/Oncology Open to J1 and H1B sponsorship candidates.
