IT SPECIALIST (INTERNET)

Job Title
Job Description
You will determine overall technical design and structure of Internet services, including the public and intranet websites, and web applications.
You will evaluate new Internet services and technologies. Translating functional requirements into websites, database designs or application prototypes.
You will ensure compliance with web development, information security/information assurance standards, policies, principles, and practices; provide input to web System Security Plans.
You will work directly with the Information Technology Services Division (ITSD) and United States Naval Academy (USNA) Cyber Security Departments to resolve any discovered security issues with the USNA web servers.
You will validate web application software development quality, logic and functionality.
