Bartender Position at Dukunoo Jamaican Kitchen
Dukunoo Jamaican Kitchen located in Miami, FL is looking for a few great bartenders to join our 60 person strong team. Located in the heart of Wynwood, 316 Nw 24th St Miami, FL. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, personable, punctual, and hard-working with adequate certifications and at least 2 years experience or more to offer.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a bartender (3 years or more)
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate(s) -Ie. Alcohol Training Course Certificate / ServSafe
- Available on weekends
