Aviata Health Group is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at our Brooksville, Florida location. As a CNA at Aviata Health Group, you will be responsible for delivering direct care to our residents, prioritizing their wellbeing, and ensuring their dignity and independence. Shifts Available:

FT - Day (7a-3p)

PT - Day (7a-3p), Evening (3p-11p), & Night (11p-7a)

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct care to residents, including personal hygiene, mobility, and assistance with activities of daily living
• Assist with daily tasks such as laundry, transportation, and mail delivery
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and status
• Conduct rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents
• Assist with dining and provide companionship and conversation
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age
• Florida CNA license
• Ability to read and communicate at an adequate level to essential job duties
• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
