Allied Technician - Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health
This role focuses on providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients in their homes across multiple counties. The ideal candidate will have valid experience in home health settings and a dedication to delivering personalized care.
Schedule
Days: Monday to Friday
Shifts: 5x8 hour shifts
Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Qualifications
Must hold a valid state license in physical therapy.
Experience in home health settings is required.
BLS certification is required.
Pending state license accepted, but must be obtained prior to starting.
Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments to patients in home settings.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on patient assessments.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Communicate and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Travel between designated service areas in Cherokee, Spartanburg, Union, and parts of Greenville counties.
Additional Information
All requests for time off (RTO) must be included in the initial submission; requests made afterward will not be considered.
Acceptance of local candidates within a 50-mile radius.
Must adhere to attendance policies, with potential contract review for excessive missed shifts.
