**Job Title: Home Health Aide / Personal Care Aide**

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist clients with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily living activities.- Monitor and record any changes in clients' health status and report to the supervising healthcare professional.- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, meal preparation, and dishwashing to ensure a safe and clean living environment for clients.- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.- Accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, or visitations as needed.- Adhere to health and safety standards in compliance with company protocols and client requirements.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare training or certification is a plus.- Previous experience as a home health aide or personal care aide is desirable.- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are often required.- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients and families.- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
