Drivers can earn between $80,000 and $98,500+ each year and may qualify for a sign-on bonus of up to $7,500 , based on their experience. Your Responsibilities as a CDL-A Delivery Driver:

In this role, you will ensure the delivery of products that keep restaurants, retailers, and convenience stores well-stocked and operational daily.

• Conduct pre/post-trip inspections of the tractor-trailer and submit a DOT inspection report detailing its condition.
• Verify the accuracy of the bill of lading and store keys for off-hour deliveries.
• Drive the tractor-trailer to the designated location, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and demonstrating skill in vehicle maneuvering.
• Maintain a driver log in accordance with DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipts, product temperatures, and any exceptions.
• Unload the trailer and deliver products into customer premises.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications for CDL-A Teammates:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Possess a valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A).
• Have a minimum of 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must meet the organization’s MVR and risk rating standards.
• This position requires proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English to effectively and safely perform job-related tasks. This includes comprehending work instructions, safety protocols, and essential communications related to the role, ensuring compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
