Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ER RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department. The nurse will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and triage patients according to established protocols.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses to care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans, treatments, and health management.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN, preferably in emergency medicine.
• Current RN licensure in the state of Washington.
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC.
