Pharmacy Clerk (Entry-Level) – Build a Career That Matters

Location: Woodinville, WA (On-site)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (occasional overtime)

Pay: $21.25 – $23.00/hour

Type: Contract-to-Hire (13 weeks to start)

As a Pharmacy Clerk , you’ll play a key role behind the scenes, helping ensure medications are stored, tracked, and shipped accurately and safely. No two days are quite the same—but here’s what you can expect:

• Prepare daily shipments and package orders with care
• ️ Create and troubleshoot shipping labels
• Deliver outgoing packages to mail and courier services
• Store medications properly, including temperature-sensitive items
• Track and monitor inventory in the pharmacy system
• ✅ Receive incoming inventory and confirm accuracy
• Help resolve discrepancies and keep inventory counts on point
• Perform cycle counts and assist with order processing
• ⚙️ Support calibration and monitoring of pharmacy equipment

We’re looking for dependable team players with a strong eye for detail:

• High School Diploma or GED (or higher)
• Experience in a warehouse or pharmacy setting
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Ability to be on your feet for up to 8 hours (with breaks)
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills

Bonus:

• Washington State Pharmacy Assistant License (or willing to obtain before hire – ~$70)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Woodinville, WA.
