Alliance Workforce Solutions has partnered with a leading manufacturer seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Respooler Operator to join their production team. This position is responsible for transferring 3D printer filament from one spool to another while ensuring accurate measurements and quality standards are met for customer-specific wire orders.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3pm-11:30pm

Pay: $19 hourly

Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Operate respooling machinery used for transferring 3D printer filament between spools
• Measure and prepare wire to meet specific customer order requirements
• Monitor machine performance and ensure product quality standards are maintained
• Use foot markers and measuring tools to ensure accuracy during production
• Label and organize completed orders properly
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and production team members
• Assist with additional warehouse or production duties as needed

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required
• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and measurement accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
