We are currently seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Physician to join our Palliative Care team. This role involves addressing the physical, functional, and emotional needs of patients facing serious illnesses through a family-centered approach, aimed at alleviating the stress and burden associated with their conditions.
Position Overview:
0.7 FTE position employed by the hospital. Team composition includes 1 Physician, 1 PRN APP, 1 RN, 1 OA, and 1 Manager.
Office Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Qualifications and ExperienceRequired: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Palliative Care.
Experience: Open to newly trained fellows and practicing physicians.
Preferred Experience: Training in Palliative Care.
Licensure: Must possess an Indiana Medical License.
Certifications: BLS and ACLS certification required.
Work ScheduleMonday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

- Utilization of EPIC electronic medical records throughout the health system, featuring Smart Rooms technology for inpatient care.
