Work Schedule: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)

• Ratios: 1:35
• Years of experience: 2-year acute hospital case management experience required
Will be required to watch up to 2 units on the weekend and focus on discharge planning
• Weekend REQ: Every other weekend. Must be available for holiday coverage
• CA state license: Preferred
• Pending License accepted: Yes
• RTO Restrictions: No more than 7 days
