Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with credentials valid in Pennsylvania
• Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
• Ability to evaluate and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet various student needs across K-12

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ needs and create tailored physical therapy interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to integrate treatment plans
• Work with a diverse group of students from kindergarten through high school
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Provide guidance for classroom modifications and adaptive equipment as needed
• Help students develop or regain motor skills essential for academic participation
