We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our CSG team located at our headquarters in Granite City, IL . Our ideal candidate for a Project Manager is someone with 5+ years of experience in HVAC Service or mechanical project management. Primary responsibilities for icon’s Project Manager include: Developing and managing client relationships with new and existing customers — understanding their business needs, recommending technical solutions, and ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Leading projects from award through closeout, including schedule development, a smooth handoff from preconstruction/estimating, and keeping the project team aligned and informed throughout. Monitoring project financial performance, including cost projections, WIP reporting, and profitability analysis. Procuring materials and equipment, issuing subcontracts, and overseeing subcontractor and vendor performance. Managing RFIs, submittals, and change orders, and completing project billings/pay applications. Working hand in hand with the Safety Department to identify, manage, and mitigate project risk, and monitoring jobsite compliance with building and safety regulations. Ensuring contractual conditions of performance are met, and overseeing project closeout, including punch list completion, warranty documentation, and O&M turnover. Primary qualifications for icon’s Project Manager include: Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Associate’s degree in HVACR Technologies, or equivalent field experience. Knowledge of HVAC and Piping Systems, building products, construction details/design and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards. Familiarity or knowledge of digital controls systems is a plus. Self-motivated with excellent time and project management skills. Possesses a strong personal commitment for long-term and meaningful goals. Ability to work within an environment with deadlines while having to multi-task with changing priorities. Demonstrate confidence in their knowledge and is committed to researching the answers and finding the right solution for things they do not know. Strong oral and written communication skills and an ability to present oneself in a professional manner.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
