Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service, making every customer feel beautiful and valued. Demonstrate and apply products to customers, ensuring they leave with a memorable and engaging experience. Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team. Stay informed about new product launches and engage with customers about beauty trends and tips. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and energetic store atmosphere. Qualifications Previous experience in beauty retail or as a makeup artist is preferred. Strong passion for the beauty industry, particularly for the Charlotte Tilbury brand. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to customer needs. Strong team player with a positive attitude.
