The Financial Planning team within Wealth and Advisor Solutions Technology builds modern experiences and platforms that help clients translate their financial goals into meaningful actions.As a Manager, Software Development & Engineering, you will help deliver resilient, high-quality software solutions that support Schwab’s client and advisor planning experiences. You will partner closely with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to design, build, test, deploy, and support production-ready microservices in an Agile environment. Success in this role requires strong software development fundamentals, sound technical judgment, and a quality-first mindset as you solve complex engineering challenges, improve reliability, and support delivery outcomes that directly impact Schwab clients.This role also offers the opportunity to influence engineering practices across the team by contributing to code quality, test automation, deployment readiness, production support, and technical coaching.
