Elite Distributing Inc. (EDI) is a Vancouver-based team helping customers discover high-quality home maintenance products through face-to-face education, hands-on demonstrations, and personalized service. We have served the Vancouver community since 1985, backed by a nationwide legacy dating to 1914.

We are hiring an entry-level Marketing Representative to connect with prospective customers, introduce products through professional conversations and demonstrations, and support local promotional activity. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity based in Vancouver, Washington.

No previous marketing experience is required. New team members begin with a four-day paid orientation and continue receiving hands-on coaching designed to build product knowledge, confidence, and communication skills.

What you’ll do

• Connect with prospective customers through professional face-to-face conversations
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and interests
• Assemble and demonstrate home maintenance products accurately
• Explain product features, benefits, and available options clearly
• Support local promotions, product displays, and customer outreach
• Answer questions and assist customers with orders
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and follow-up needs
• Work toward individual and team marketing goals
• Participate in ongoing communication, customer engagement, and leadership training
• Represent EDI with professionalism, energy, and integrity

Schedule and location
