Role Overview Software Developer 2 to provide expert-level development and optimization for the agency’s IBM Tririga/Maximo CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) application. This role focuses on aligning system dimensions, rules, and processes with evolving agency requirements while managing critical environment upgrades and content migrations. Key Responsibilities System Optimization: Create, define, and redefine Tririga dimensions, rules, and processes to streamline performance and align with data models. Application Upgrades: Plan and execute IBM Tririga environment upgrades, ensuring content migration occurs with minimal business disruption. Reporting: Develop, modify, and support complex report writing using BIRT. Component Modification: Enhance existing Tririga components to improve maintenance efficiency and system stability. Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers, business analysts, and system analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions. Candidate Requirements Direct experience as a Facilities Manager. Experience contracting on IBM Tririga/Maximo products. Experience with Tririga Projects Version 10. #J-18808-Ljbffr
