This role operates primarily within an outpatient office setting, offering a remote work option to ensure work-life balance. Despite the remote nature of the position, you will have strong support from a collaborative team of mental health professionals, which includes regular supervision and team meetings aimed at promoting professional development and ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to establish their mental health status and develop individualized treatment plans that address specific clinical needs.

• Provide therapeutic sessions, including both group and individual counseling, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness strategies.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress, treatment plans, and other documentation required for compliance and billing purposes.
\n
• Supervise therapeutic activities and interventions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all clients.
\n
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and community resources to coordinate comprehensive care and referrals as needed.

• Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.
\n
• Monitor and support the therapeutic activities of clients, providing guidance and 24-hour supervision when required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Supreme Healing Counseling Services, you will work with a varied client population that may include individuals struggling with substance abuse disorders, anxiety, depression, and complex eating disorders. You will engage with clients from various backgrounds, tailoring your therapeutic approach to address their unique psychological and emotional challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Valid LPC license in Texas, with at least 5 years of clinical experience, including supervised practice.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, accompanied by the ability to create effective treatment plans suited to a variety of clinical situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain effective professional relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with youth and families, particularly in outpatient settings.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic models and practices.

• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation and treatment planning.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive sign-on bonus and a flexible caseload based on availability and professional experience. In addition, our support team will assist with billing and documentation, reducing your administrative workload and allowing you to focus on therapy.
