Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a dynamic Med/Surg-Tele unit. This 10-bed admission unit caters to general medical and surgical patients awaiting procedures. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with rapid patient turnover. The patient-to-nurse ratio is 5:1.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to adult patients in a Med/Surg-Tele setting.
• Manage patient admissions and monitor vital signs and health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-operative care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Med/Surg-Tele nursing.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification are required.
• Active RN license with Nursys verification.
• Complete profile with work history, skills checklist, references, and certification cards is required.
