**Job#: 3054431****Job Description:****Finance- Operations Analyst I**- Responsible for monitoring and processing new account paperwork, terminations, liquidations, halt trading, resume trading and restriction requests received on webpages and via email.- Attention detail, data entry accuracy, and effective communication skills are essential to the role.- Participate in quality programs and initiatives to ensure the highest level of customer service is provided.- Help and/or support any ongoing projects as requested by managers or co-workers.- Complete any required documentation for productivity measurement- Monitor multiple sponsor portals and/or websites for sponsor requests.- Processing new account paperwork, terminations, freezes and other ad hoc requests.- Manage multiple workflow queues throughout the day to ensure all sponsor requests.- Respond to various requests from intermediaries in a timely and professional manner- Provide support in department projects as needed*Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
