Step onto the production floor and learn by doing

You clock in at our Medina, OH facility and meet up with your trainer. After a quick safety check, you rotate onto a line where you help products move from one stage to the next. You keep an eye on quality, clear small jams, and package finished goods. Later, you might switch stations to learn a new task—each rotation grows your skill set. By the end of your shift, you’ve supported shipping or inventory as needed, straightened your area, and left the line ready for the next team.

• Keeping production lines running smoothly and safely
• Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met
• Packaging finished items for shipment
• Assisting with basic machine operations and clearing minor jams
• Rotating between different workstations to learn multiple areas
• Maintaining a clean, organized work area

As opportunities arise, you may also:

• Move materials by hand, with equipment, or via forklift (training provided)
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory activities
