Customer Experience Consultant – 12-month fixed term As part of the Customer Experience Centre (CEC), you'll often be the first person customers talk to. You'll answer their questions, solve problems, and make sure every interaction is helpful and respectful. Key responsibilities Answer customer queries via phone, email, and online portal Log and update case notes in CRM system Follow up on actions and keep customers in the loop Work with payroll to resolve queries Collaborate with other teams to get the best outcome for customers Handle both inbound and outbound calls with confidence and care About you Previous experience in a customer service role Positive, people-focused approach and team-first attitude Ability to handle complex queries calmly and effectively Experience in the NGO, health, or disability sectors is highly valued About us Manawanui is a pioneer and leading provider of Self-Directed Funding in New Zealand.
