Job Title: Commercial Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.50 - $25.00 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Commercial Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the management team to maintain our commercial real estate assets across the Gulf Coast region, ensuring they remain in excellent working order.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform recurring maintenance services at multiple properties.

• Report or resolve maintenance issues identified during property visits.

• Organize property materials, equipment, and inventory efficiently.

• Meet with and supervise 3rd party vendors.

• Conduct inspections and maintain accurate records using property management software.

• Handle a variety of maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, HVAC filters, ceiling tiles, and performing minor repairs.

• Assist with additional duties such as picking up documents, copying keys, and coordinating tenant move-ins/move-outs.

• Assist in the upkeep of shared common area of property

• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years of work experience in a related field (preferred)

• Education: High school diploma or GED required

• Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.

• Interpersonal: Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills and emotional maturity.

• Other: Clean driver’s license and U.S. work authorization required.
