You will lead cloud‑native transformations and mentor team members. The position establishes technical direction for platform engineering and drives innovation in development tools. Key Responsibilities Direct operational strategy for GitLab and Artifactory platforms. Spearhead cloud‑native migrations and GitOps adoption. Design resilient, multi‑region high‑availability deployments. Implement self‑healing systems and automated remediation. Mentor engineers on automation and cloud‑native best practices. Must‑Have Skills Deep expertise in enterprise‑scale platform operations. Extensive experience with Kubernetes and cloud‑native tooling. Proven track record in CI/CD platform design and automation.
