Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive therapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups navigating mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate client needs and to inform your treatment approach effectively.

• Develop, update, and implement personalized treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and individual progress.

• Maintain meticulous, up-to-date records documenting client progress and significant therapy interactions.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals, participating in team meetings and case consultations to enhance client care.

• Stay informed about current trends, regulations, and resources in mental health to provide clients with the best support possible.

• Deliver crisis intervention as necessary, ensuring clients receive immediate and effective support when needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a wide range of clients in the Hazleton area and beyond, including adults, adolescents, and families. You will engage with individuals facing a multitude of psychological barriers, working to create an inclusive and supportive therapeutic space. Your position is critical in bridging accessibility gaps, particularly for those who may have limitations in accessing traditional in-person therapy settings.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• A current, valid, and unrestricted license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC within the state of Pennsylvania.

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the mental health field, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic methodologies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective engagement with clients and colleagues alike.

• A proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

• Familiarity with local mental health regulations, resources, and best practices.

• A commitment to maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance and high standards in service delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum of 3 years of experience is required, specific experience with telehealth modalities and proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic practices will set candidates apart. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and other digital therapy tools is also advantageous in this technology-driven role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
