AIRCRAFT ORDNANCE SYSTEMS MECHANIC SUPERVISOR

Air Reserve Technician Flight Supervisor
The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Air Reserve Technician (ART), flight supervisor, exercising technical and administrative supervision over journey level mechanics accomplishing a variety of munitions maintenance, armament and equipment duties.
DUTY 1: Based on established work schedules, determines work sequence and makes work assignments accordingly.
DUTY 2: Performs work direction responsibilities.
DUTY 3: Performs administrative responsibilities.
DUTY 4: Applies Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO)/Equal Opportunity Treatment (EOT) principles and requirements to all personnel management actions and decisions, and ensures all personnel are treated in a manner free of discrimination.
DUTY 5: Ensures education in, compliance with, and practice of security directives, good safety, and health habits in all work areas.
