What You'll Do
  • Assess and monitor emergency patients to provide high-quality care
  • Utilize the nursing process to create and implement individualized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
  • Document patient care accurately and timely
  • Respond swiftly to emergencies and changes in patient condition
  • Educate patients and families about treatments and procedures
What You Need
  • Active Louisiana RN license
  • Minimum 2 years of recent ER nursing experience
  • Current BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with good judgment
  • Knowledge of OSHA and healthcare safety standards
