Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist - Supplemental

Responsibilities Therapists are responsible for the application of current knowledge, theory, evidence, and sound clinical judgment in patient management. The therapist works closely with the patient, family, and other members of an interdisciplinary team to provide efficient and effective individualized patient care. Therapists also serve as advocates and promoters of health, wellness, and fitness to all stakeholders. They serve as educators and mentors for therapy students, peers and other medical professionals. The physical therapist assists with department and program planning. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Minnesota as a Physical Therapist. Demonstrated skills in organization, communication, interpersonal relations, leadership, decision making and problem solving. Prefer board certification in clinical specialty area and/or advanced degree in health care field. Prefer active participation within professional organization. Current physical therapy licensure in the state of Minnesota. Compensation $40.28 - $60.45 / hour Schedule Part Time. Supplemental/PRN. Available hours between 7:00 am-6:00 pm Monday-Friday. Weekend hours Saturdays 8:00 am-12:00 pm. Schedule will depend on staff member availability and practice need. Collaboration with the supervisor will determine work schedule.
