Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Has budget responsibility for area or function
• Is accountable for the performance and results of multiple related teams
• Implements functional plans, including business, production and/or organizational priorities
• Impacts the business results of an area or sub-function by setting priorities, allocating resources, and developing policies and plans
• Guided by function policies, resource requirements, budgets and business plan Incorporates understanding of business objectives and strategies in recommending functional goals and operating plans
• Identifies and resolves complex multi-dimensional business problems by looking beyond existing methodologies and own discipline
• Decision making involves researching, analyzing and evaluating data and using judgment in applying professional expertise.
• Impacts the business results of an area or sub-function by setting priorities, allocating resources, and developing policies and plans
• Guided by function policies, resource requirements, budgets and business plan
• Incorporates understanding of business objectives and strategies in recommending functional goals and operating plans
• Influences others internally and externally, including senior division executives, vendors or regulators
• Applies in-depth understanding of the business dynamics of own department/district integrates within the division
• Is accountable for the performance and results of multiple related teams
• Implements functional plans, including business, production and/or organizational priorities
• Decision-making is guided by Functional/Regional/Country objectives

Pay & Benefits

• Salary - $170,000 - $200,000
• Full-Time
• Bonus Eligible
• Relocation is not provided
• Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hire
• Eligible for (3 or 2) weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued
• 401(k): 3% company contribution and additional 3% company match
